Collecting from a seller

Seller declines to give full address to collect from

They also decline to give phone number

They want me to drive to a central London postcode in the Congestion Zone in the dark and then message through eBay

That relies on good phone signal and mine is "not good"

So I am reluctant to drive 8 miles through the city after the CZ is finished on the off chance of my phone having a signal

Ebay used to provide sellers addresses at point of sale.  I don't understand what the issue of giving out a phone number or address is by the seller.  We have eBay protection and the item is only £20

How do I get around this?

If the seller won't co-operate there's nothing you can do.   Assuming you've paid tell the seller to either arrange a collection properly, giving you the details in advance,  or refund your money.
