Charged twice for 1 item

Hi, i have been charged twice for 1 item. I can see payment was made on 16th of May and same payment on 19th of May. I bought only 1 item. What should i do now? Seller is not responding for my messages.

A community manager posted this answer when a buyer sees a double payment made...

"  In most cases when payments are processed twice,  one is usually in a pending state that gets removed after a few days. "

In my case both payments been taken of my bank account already.

If you haven't mistakenly ordered 2 items, have one or two items actually been delivered ? 

Then,  if only one item was received,  contact your bank inform them an error was made 2 payments for one item, for one payment to be cancelled / refunded.

I ordered one item and only one item been delivered. Is this case to deal with bank or with ebay?

I can't see any harm contacting eBay Customer Services first ,  they open earlier than your bank at 8 a.m. today,  and if you contact then,  there's more chance of Dublin answering.

They have full access to your account and can see what has happened, hopefully an error on their side and they can refund one payment,  if not try your bank later.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

ebay washed it's hands. I am going to try work it out with my bank. All they keeps telling that i have been charge once. I sent even screenshot with my bank account statement showing 2 payments was taken of me. They confirmed they can see it, but they don't see 2nd payment in their system.
