Changing an address on an international shipped item.

An international buyer has contacted me to say they have given me the incorrect address. Can I contact the international hub before it is sent from there to change the address?

If you mean Global Shipping, they like members have to post to address provided by ebay which is the registered address of member.

Sending to any other address and there is no protection. It is up to members to keep their address correct, and it is shown at point of payment, when it can be amended.

Your protection is ensured with proof of delivery to GSP.
