Changing Feedback

I recently left neutral feedback for an item as it wasn't as described on arrival. The seller has since offered a partial refund and apology. Can I now change my original feedback?

If the bag isn't as described and you don't want to keep it, you are entitled to a full refund on return and the seller will be paying the cost of return.  Where the item location (stated on the listing) was not UK, you would need to contact customer support to get the return costs upfront.

 

If you are happy to accept the partial refund and the apology, do not revise the feedback until the money is back in your Paypal or bank account.  Once you have received the refund, ask the seller to send you a feedback revision request for you to action.  Do not be taken in by promises of a refund or a 'replacement' because these rarely materialise.
