Hi, I was trying to find a way to not be forced into using 'simple postage' so I could return to using RM tracked 48 collection. I was advised that if I changed to a business account I could do this. I changed, and it worked, but unfortunately now I realize I will have to pay more fees. I only sell a small number of items per year, I am not a business, this is a personal account I've had for over 20 years to sell odds and ends, I've built up reasonable feedback in that time. For this reason, I don't want to make a new account, as I would have to start again with feedback.
Is there any way to change back to personal? I've looked and it doesn't seem like it.
