Cash payment

My customer paid cash on collection for his items. How do I mark it down to show he's paid me please?

It's against eBay rules to ask for and, or accept cash - unless a vehicle.

As eBay don't allow cash as a payment method (except for vehicles), and all payments must be made via eBay checkout prior to collection, there's no way for a seller to mark this kind of transaction as paid.

I'm surprised that you were able to exchange contact details, if you did this via eBay messages you may be in for some trouble:
