I had a seller refuse to send an item to me, unless I paid him 5 times the price outside ebay. I started a not received case, and I think this is going through, but when I clink on the link from messages (ebay.co.uk), it takes me to the US site (ebay.com), then refuses me access. This has been a problem for a while now, and needs fixing.
