Cannot remove item from Cart.

Hello Ebay Community,

I tried using Ebay's Help Chat Bot system but it's useless and didn't help me. Even when I clicked Contact an Agent, that didn't work either. So much for AI, it sucks!

There is one item in my Cart and I simply cannot remove it. I've tried on my phone and also on my laptop and still it shows me the loading circle and nothing ever happens, the page goes white and hangs.

This happens on both my phone and laptop, so I'm wondering how to remove this item now, because I can't buy anything.

Please see attached picture of the problem.

I had something stuck like this recently, eventually went away, but I did not intentionally put it there in the first place.

When you say you cannot buy, is it necessary to place in cart? If a buy it now can you not just click buy.

That's reassuring, in that case then I'll just wait until it disappears on its own.

Yip, you're right, I can buy things directly using the Buy Now.

Normally tho, I would buy things in a group using the Cart, like, for example I'm installing shelves so I bought the wood, brackets and bolts all in one go.

But it seems broken atm, so I'll need to get them one by one.
