Cancelling a sold item

Hi,

I had a dormant listing on Ebay which somehow went active without me noticing it.

I got an email from Ebay notifying me that I have been paid! Which is when I realised what's happened.

The item is sold but I don't have it any longer and want to cancel the sales.

I go through the cancellation option but when I confirm the refund to be paid from my card I get a message that it is not available.

I don't have another card neither can I use PayPal for instance.

I'm not sure what I can do,...can someone advise please.

You use ebay, you cancel the sale using drop down menu, using reason "not available" or whichever seems appropriate, and that automatically refunds, assuming you are registered for managed payments.

Cancelling without buyers agreement may get you negative feedback.
