Cancelling a Purchase

I had an order cancelled this morning after the money was taken out of my account. I had an email to say the money had been refunded and the full £40 is due to go back into my account, however it has not yet and I received that email at 9am.

Please could you tell me why this has not happened yet, and when I should expect the money to be back in.
