Cancelled listing

I thought I cancelled a listing but obviously never as sold on here. Cannot contact eBay on here so I cancelled the sale and issued a refund. I don't know if they will get their protection fee and postage as the refund showed the amount for the item.

I'm fuming that you can't contact eBay and there was not clear instructions on deleting the listing as I thought i had.
