Hi, I purchased an item from the US and delivered to the UK. I had to pay custom tax and the item was wrong item. I need MRN to claim a refund from HMRC but I don’t see it anywhere on the package or labels. Where can I find it? The local courier was Parcel force (Royal Mail) but they said they don’t know it. Do I have to find a local courier (UPS or DHL) and call them?
