Can’t buy the purchase label for postage

Hi, I’ve sold an item, trying to purchase postage label but it comes up as no postage options & says there’s an error in the buyers address- I have checked with buyer & royal mails postcode checker and all is correct. Any help appreciated.

Have any parts of Post Code got a O letter which should be 0 number or vice versa.

This is the typical mess that happens when having to rely on ebay postage!!
