I have a payment dispute that I have not excepted and submitted my reply.
Now I have a photo from the carrier but I'm unable to add it now.
I've attempted to talk to live chat and I'm going round in circles.
All I want to do is add a picture of the item being delivered to the address in the sale.
Any help is greatly received.
Cant even get a call back.

Taking it was not an eBay case, what was the reason given for the dispute?

Hi there
Yes its an Ebay ID case : Reason - The buyer did not recognise the transaction
I have messaged the customer with the picture of them with the parcel in their hand as I am unable to add this to my submitted statement.
She has replied saying she received parcel and was happy with item but didn't recognize the payment transaction so she informed her bank which in turn held the funds through ebay.
So she's confirmed she has the item, told her Bank that it was her mistake and emailed messages to confirm.
However trying to get hold of a human being at Ebay is impossible.
So know I have confirmation there was no wrongdoing, picture of parcel in customers hand and I can't upload anything to prove this to Ebay.
I'm clearly doing something wrong.

What is important is that you have tracking proving delivery to the address ebay gave you when the buyer paid, and that you put that evidence in the case.
Look at the seller protection part of the payment dispute guidance.
