In case of electrical or electronic equipment we need in addition to the order of purchase and proof of payment we still need: declarations of conformity with the standards of the European Union that should be requested from the manufacturer: LVD 2006-95-EC and RHOS 2011-65-EC
The documents must mention "Declaration of Conformity" or "Compliance" (not Certificate) and should have the description of the directives reports and with mention of items to import. Must be on company letterhead, signed and stamped.
