When you use Simple Delivery and open that postage label, it marks the item as dispatched and adds tracking automatically.
If you used your own postage, and not SD, then use a laptop / PC and try Chrome, don't use the app or mobile browser, then you can manually update your new tracking this way.
- Go to "Orders Paid & Dispatched"
- Click on "View order details"
- Within the "Postage" section there's a small dropdown arrow next to "Track Package" - click on that.
- Click on the "Add tracking" option
- A box will come up with the current tracking number . Delete that and replace it with your tracking

I have just seen your listings and you are incorrectly registered. You are selling new items some even with a selection of size / colour for this you need to be registered as a Business seller. The account you have now a Private one is for peeps selling unwanted used items, such as a wardrobe / attic / garage clear out.
Change you account to be registered correctly here:
- Go to Account settings in My eBay.
- Select Personal information.
- Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
- Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
- Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
- On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.
Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this, and not the app or mobile browser. Chrome seems to work best on eBay.
