I recently place an item for sale an started bidding at £0.99...I also put a buy it now option at £350 but it doesn’t show me when I look at my item? Bidding has already started on my item and it’s at £117 I don’t want to sell it for less than £350 but can’t get into it to change...what should I do???

Buy it now is simply an opportunity for the first bidder to skip the bidding process, and buy immediately for a fixed price, but once bidding begins BIN is no longer available.  You can't have someone buying it now, and a winning bidder at the same time.

If you don't want less than £3.50, why on earth did you start the bidding at 99p ?

N ow that bidding has started, you can't move the goal posts.  You will either have to sell for the highest bid, or pull out and get bad feedback and a defect on your account.  You will also still have to pay the selling fees.
