Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Never let eBay's ai right a description for you. EBay's ai stands for at times actual idiots. As the seller you should check listings are accurate before posting.
As @papso22 says if he has opened a case he needs to print the return label off. Which if you have paid for the label sounds as though they may have. However that charge is only activated once scanned at a post office etc.
you need either to clarify what if any case has been opened and whether you have been charged for eBay postage if you have you need to check the Royal Mail tracking on the rm website.
