Buyer states no returns, but the soles of my boots disintegrated 2 weeks after purchasing them

I'm not sure what to do here. I bought a pair of boots that were nearly new. Photo showed them from all angles and they looked perfect - but two weeks later, the soles are disintegrating. The EVA material seems to be perishing. I don't believe it's the seller's fault, but I paid nearly £50 for them and they've disintegrated. Any suggestions, anyone?

No returns only counts for changes of mind.  Your issue is covered by the money back guarantee.

Open a claim for 'item not as described' within 30 days of receiving the boots.
