I sold a coat in excellent condition and the buyer is saying she wants a refund as it is stained. I checked the coat throughly before sending and it was in excellent condition. She has opened a case against me. Will I have to refund? She paid alot more tgan I was expecting to get for the item and I believe she has buyers regret.
