Buyer has kept a refund and the goods

I provided the buyer with a refund after Royal Mail mislaid the goods. The goods were then delivered late but the buyer has kept the goods and the refund. Ebay closed the case after the refund and say there is nothing they can do. I have messaged the buyer asking them to return the goods or the refund but they are ignoring my messages what can I do ?

There is nothing more you can do.

If the buyer won't respond, there is no way to reverse the refund or invoice them again through Ebay.

Once the buyer has been refunded, Ebay close the case and will not get involved any further.

Depending on value of item, you could take legal action.
