Buyer delivery error

Hi, I am getting this error when trying to checkout. The seller has confirmed they are able to deliver to my address and corresponds to what it says on the listing, however I am getting this error when trying to checkout. Any help would be much appreciated !

Others have had this problem.   Ask the seller to put your ID on their exemption list to remove any blocks.  They'll find it on their My eBay at Site Map at the very bottom of the page. Scroll down past the categories to Sell > Selling Activities > Manage Bidders.   Or send them this link:

This has been an issue for some,  for a long time now, I'll try and tag our Community managers to see if eBay are aware of this and working on the issue.

Any light on this problem  there are many buyers and sellers alike reporting this, they all sell to the UK with no blocks,  and buyers do not have any no payment strikes on their account, but the ' does not post to this location'  arises regularly.
