Hi there
I sent a parcel on 12 Jan along with some others, and checked all the tracking details - it had been delivered.
I’m now abroad until mid February and the buyer has just claimed over message it hasn’t arrived. I have proof it has, but won’t have access to this until I get back.
If they open a claim, will I have any way of delaying it until I return home? Frustratingly I do have the evidence of delivery just not with me. Given I know it has been delivered but the seller says otherwise, I am not sure how helpful they will be in agreeing to wait.

As long as the tracking is on ebay and it shows delivered the buyer shouldn't win the claim. You cannot delay the process though unless you ask the buyer not to escalate it until you're back.

Always add tracking to ebay when posting and to any case.
You have 3 days from when buyer opens case to prove delivery or refund.
