I recently raised a 'Return Item' case because the technical spec of a purchase was not as advertised. The seller emailed me (via ebay) and begged me to close the Return case as this would affect their eBay rating and that they would deal with my refund once I had done so. Like an idiot I did what they said and now, guess what, that right, no refund!! Tried to get help from eBay but because I closed the 'Return case', I haven't got 'a-leg-to-stand-on!!
