Hello,
I have sold an used (refurbished) part last year on December 17. Buyer received it after 3 days (December 20) . He sent a message that the part looks great, but the shop he is going to replace the part will be working only after holidays (2025-01-07).
I have received a message from him 2025-01-23, that the part has some problems and does not work properly (i have not received any proof or pictures) and kept saying how expensive it would be to remove the part again and send it back to me ((not really that expensive as far as i know)).
I am offering 30 days return.
Should i send him a refund? Or just tell him that it is more than 30 days and it is impossible to return the item?
