Buyer / Seller Pays Option Not Functioning correctly on Website / Mobile App

Recently i have noticed that both on the desktop and mobile app, when i list an item and select the delivery option buyer pays, the item defaults to seller pays, this has happened multiple times over the last month or so. Even if i try Revise an existing listing and toggle to Buyer Pays, it reverts to Seller Pays when i click on the Save button. 

I have tried changing options; collection in person, changing the postage services, changing the details, however always revert to 'you pay' and not 'buyer pays'?

This has occurred to many of the of the items i have listed in the last week. The only way i can get it to list for the correct amount is to increase the price by the delivery amount? Which will then lose sales as it is more difficult to offer discount on multiple items?

Has the option for Buyer Pays recently been discontinued for multiple categories?
