Buyer Collected

I sold an item buyer paid.  Then said she wanted to collect.  She has collected.

Ebay of course says I need to post.  I am not sure what to do

You can mark it as dispatched by opening the postage label.   After that the buyer will automatically get a refund for the unused label in 30 days.   That is all you can do.
