I am trying to revise a listing offering free postage but am unable to as it states my "business profile" is changed. What does this have to do with posting an item? 

Ebay seem to be making posting letters and small packets deliberately complicated

Also, the post office will not accept the stupid simple delivery QR codes if the actual cost is more than the amount on the QR code and they will not take in part cost.

Business sellers do not have to use “simple” but complicated postage. You are registered as a private seller so have to work by the rules whatever they are.

This has nothing to do with business selling. I tried to revise the a current listing to offer free postage and was told that I cannot because of my business profile changing even though I am a private seller.

I cannot understand why the persistence in the simple delivery method when almost everyone apart from mentors have complained about the methos. Surely the buyers premium amount makes up for the loss in revenue from free selling.
