Fo you list each item from scratch?
I have nit created a new listing for years, I just pick a similar item from existing listings or unsold and edit as required.
So simple and all the permanent parts do not need changing.
By selling New items you do realise that you should be registered as a business seller, one benefit is that you do not use simple postage, and Business Policies which may be why your postage page is blank. With Business policies you have a confusing selection of postage options, instead of entering what and when you want.
