BIN order , ebay creaming off hidden fees

I sold an order through Best Offer . I know the actual offer made by the buyer is less than what I received, because of ebay not passing on the full offer price to sellers. I then went to purchase a postage label through ebay, and it was just over £4.00 more expensive than had I purchased directly through  Parcelforce.   So on my small sale I calculate ebay are creaming off  £ 7.00 from me.  The best bit is though because I did not buy a postage label through ebay and purchased with parcelforce directly, the tracking will not update to ebay, so I am being held to ransom by ebay because ebay  will not release my funds until their tracking shows the order as delivered.  Rip off Britain on a grand scale.

As long as you didn't use Simple Delivery,  if you cannot change the tracking number yourself when using a laptop / PC and Chrome, you will need to contact eBay Customer Services they can change that tracking for you.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
