Hey thereWanted to find out why is my account restricted from selling. Why can I not upload my items

Royal Mail Labels

I sold 2 items and the default carrier is Royal Mail 48, I've printed the labels and taken the packages to the Post Office but the system won't accept the labels, anyone had this or know what to do?

REFUNDED BUYER

A Buyers address was wrong on his delivery note that I posted to. Because of this the Royal Mail could not deliver. I refunded the buyer but Royal Mail now say it has been Delivered or Collected by Recipient. And I cannot contact Ebay.

Item location

I can't sell my items because my postcode doesn't match my address (my profile address). In the Item Location section, my postcode is preceded by an Italian address, Italy e postcode I can't remove them. Please help.
