Purchased 15kg of dog food. Email from seller via ebay to say it was delivered "handed to resident yesterday at 16,42" It wasn't. I was in the garden all afternoon. no couriers.
I've searched these forums and Aquiline appears to be a scam company with fake tracking? Also negative TrustPilot with similar tales. Their website is poorly worded and has a "dear client" page about being accused of dodgy dealings with ebay??
Tracking also showed my address as being in the US. I'm in Wales, seller in Manchester.
I have told the seller that the item was not delivered and requested a refund. I hate being scammed out of my hard earned. I've given up on selling after 22 years as the BPF seems daft. Now buying anything is a gamble too.
