Yesterday & today the Make an Offer is not connecting. I can type in my offer but it won't submit, a sad face & the info the service is down or the website page has been moved comes up.
Is it only that ebay is trying to save me money?
Nothing to do with the current PayPal log in problem as a card is registered for bids & offers atm.
Cache & Cookies cleared.
