Any update on my case please

Hi , I bought an nomination pouch clicked on not  received item  as it was  couple of weeks and then I received a not paid enough postage card through door so I contacted the seller and he offered to pay 1.50 and for me close case , so I did when item came it’s the wrong item , contacted the seller straight away and I opened a return and it still not been sorted out yet  been couple weeks now , I either want a refund or the item I bought ,how do I go about it please

Have you sent the item back?

Does tracking show it has been delivered to the seller?

If the tracking shows the seller has the item, and more than 48 hours have passed, go back to the case and choose the option where you can ask Ebay to step in.

No I opened a case to to return it and seller saying it not from him don’t
think he accepted the return ,but it was the only item I was waiting for I
opened a case 6th march not heard anything back .

Go back to the case and ask Ebay to step in.

They will either make the seller provide a label or refund you.
