Ad fee Charges, charged twice

 the amount that has gone into my balance is £14.23 - £2.89 =£11.34 

it looks like the Ad Fee has been deducted again.

That's not the same amount as the ad fee.  I think you bought the postage through eBay using your ebay funds.  That's a standard evri postage price.
