Account on hold

My account is on hold but I have made all payments. The card registered to my account was valid but no payment was taken and it passed the allotted time to pay.

Account on hold

You've returned to selling after a little break have you fully and correctly registered with eBay's Manage Payments?

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified.  The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive,  and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed,  you will be able to list items for sale,  and receive payouts from those sales.

This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services,  who have full access to your account,  and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.

Contact them this way.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

As a returning seller,  if the above has been completed,  your initial payout (s), may be held for 30 days as a security measure.  eBay wish to see the genuine owner has returned to the dormant account to sell,  and the account has not been hijacked so tracking needs to show delivery of the first few items proving the real owner is using the account.
