Accessing Ebay Customer Support without access to Ebay Account

Hi, I'm looking at any way to access Ebay Customer Support, either through email or phone, when unable to gain access to your account, through it being hacked and not able to sign in. This happened to me before some years ago, and I can't remember now who I contacted to get back into my account. (Just forward planning in case it were to happen again). Many thanks.

Their lines are currently closed but will reopen shortly at 9 a.m. a little later today being a weekend. It's a Call Back option, no email or  phone numbers.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Thanks for that, but wouldn't that option only be available through your account once you're already signed in? Would that link work (and Ebay recognising you) if you weren't able to gain access to your account? Thanks.

eBay Customer Services would have all history of all current and past accounts.  Try that link do it now and hopefully Dublin may answer.
