I found a dvd set for $55 before postage and $58 including postage I offered $45 and it was accepted within 30 minutes however when I went to the checkout the price was not changed and still showing original price plus postage
Any offer made does not include any postage or extra costs ... shipping from USA to UK will certainly cost more than the stated domestic rates and almost certainly will be liable for additional Import VAT and added delivery costs to the UK.
