My seller, not following ebay policies . I don't feel safe and quite vulnerable.
I have a 12 month guarantee on my laptop, which I purchased in May last year.
My lap top is having configuration issues and we, seller and myself were corresponding to resolve the issue.
I want to send my laptop back to them. They have put a block on their messaging service . Are they allowed to do this? No angry texts have been sent., Just a normal customer to seller conversation.
His messages were quite poor, with bad spelling mistakes . It now seems like a scam if you ask me.
I tried to report this to ebay, but the scroll down menu for more action does not have, 'ask ebay to step in option'. This means that I feel I cannot actually complain to ebay because the option is not there to do so.
I used to love shopping on ebay, more than amazon, but I feel let down by ebay.
Any suggestions please?
