When you buy and pay, you are given an anticipated delivery date. As soon as past that date open a NOT RECEIVED CASE, that will force some action even if only a refund.
Never just let a seller cause delays, if they are out of stock they would try to avoid cancellation as that gives them defects which can cause restrictions on selling.
