with holding my money

I have sold 2 items on ebay which i sent the next day and you are with holding my money, why ? and how can i get it off you

The hold on the buyer's payment is a blanket policy applied to all new and infrequent sellers.

If you print postage labels through eBay or PayPal or use another carrier who provides tracking information and manually enter delivery tracking information on eBay funds will be available three days after the latest estimated delivery date.

If you mark the item as dispatched but don’t upload tracking information, funds should be available seven days after your latest estimated delivery date.

If you don’t provide tracking information or mark the item as dispatched, funds will be available in 21 days.

Where no tracking is uploaded, eBay will check for feedback four days after the estimated delivery date - if it has been given they'll release the money.

Thank you for your help, I haven’t sold on eBay before hence why I didn’t realise the tracking and money being held !
