turn off auto relist

Can anyone help?

Despite following ebay instructions, I cannot turn off automatic relisting. I receive a message saying , '

Sorry, you're currently not subscribed to eBay Selling Manager Pro.' 

I can't find anything in 'how to' about having to sign up for Selling Manager Pro .

I am a private seller who have been ebaying since Nov 2020.

there are two types of auto relist,

1.  you need to use selling manager pro

2. ebays auto relist for private sellers

you want to turn off number 2,

to do this use the drop down menu next to the item on your active listings page

Thank you for your time. Are you saying that I can't turn the auto relist off as a private seller ( I am a private seller)?

no, I'm saying you have to use the drop down menu next to the item on your active listings page and turn it off there
