seller sent incorrect return label

needed to return an item which initially got delayed in shipping and when it finally turned up was damaged. seller reluctantly accepted return but sent a return label for upto 2kg max and item weigh an awful lot more than that so when i took to post office they refused to accept it without the correct weight label. i contacted seller only to receive alot of abuse and seller will not accept that i need a new return label with correct weight and just hurls abuse and telling me to just send it but post office wont accept it as incorrect weight.

connot find anyway to speak to ebay so really need some help

That is the standard label eBay send out when requested by a buyer through a case.

 

What you need to do is not to contact the seller they cannot correct this,  but to contact eBay Customer Services,  they will provide the correct postage label,  and charge it to the seller.
