They should not  but ebay can not stop them.

Very bad ebaying as they should have honoured the sale and paid the excess postage themselves

Depending on what reason they chose for cancelling then they may be left with the fees and a defect on their account

hi redwick1 his response was too much to post to northern ireland and he had to fill in custom forms also which is a load of **bleep** as the grace period for goods coming to northern ireland doesn't end untill October
