I sent someone a second chance offer but the person says when she tried to bid she had a message saying I didn't post to her location. I don't have any such blocks in place and she is not on my blocked bidders list.
Can anyone help explain this please?
She doesn't bid, only you & her can see the 2nd chance offer,
she clicks "Buy" & pays for item.
Easiest way is to put her on your buyers exemption list (the opposite to blocked buyers) - then regardless of the reason, she should be able to buy.
