hi, i ve made mistake and choose wrongly the reason for a return and refund of the item i purchased so that a seller was able to refuse to accept the return . does any one have same expierence and is there a solution to get item refunded? Thanks
Once you have closed a dispute on ebay then you can not open another one.
If you paid by paypal then you may be able to open the dispute there
Sign up for their return postage first if you can
Escalate a soon as you can but within 20 days
