Hi all I ordered 4 rolls of 3d printer filament and paid 2 days later , seller messaged me and said they were out of stock and to cancel the order for a refund , how do i do this as when I tried I was told that as I already paid I could not cancel order.

The seller has ignored my messages for help

Buyers cannot cancel the seller would need to do this as "out of stock" but this will give them a defect mark on their account.

Open a case for item not received 1 day after estimated delivery and leave the feedback they deserve without mentioning eBay case or any refund something like seller refuse to complete transaction would do.
