Hi. We’ve sold a keyboard. Despite stating pickup only the buyer bought and then stated they’d arrange pickup. Which hasn’t happened. Order 17-06485-64534. I have advised we will cancel item and refund as he’s not sorting this out, despite us packaging up the item which we definitely didn’t want to do. We have to get rid of this item. But payer has now said he’s going to lose £15 on courier - who hasn’t picked up and it was bought nearly two weeks ago. Hi, is anyone still having trouble using eBay.co.UK item searches. I can open my home page on eBay.co.UK but as soon as I use a search it automatically transfers to eBay.com only seeing USA items. I did manage to open a live chat window with customer services, but can't find the live help chat again. The agent advised it was a technical issue and was known about (i have the transcript of that live chat session) and was advised to try the searches again in 5 or so days. Good afternoon,     I found out today, that unauthorised listings have been made from my account for multiple vehicles, where each listing has 19.99£ insertation fee.   I have been told to on live chat to call eBay. However after being on hold for over 40 minutes on the call I did not get chance to speak to any customer service.   Is there any other way to contact eBay or void those fees.   Thank You in advance.   Regards, Inga   ... I purchased a product on behalf of my mum 19th Nov 2020 as a gift for my father from her. The item was not fot for purposed and when my father plugged it in, it didnt vibrate it jerked. I reuested to return, this was accepted, however, seller wanted to give compensation and even asked if we could gift it. They eventually agreed for it to be returned to which I dis last month. Not realising until earlier today that the reuturn request was cancelled by the seller 31st Dec. He has accepted the rurn via recodred delivery. Has told me on 3 different messages that he has refunded, one being through my paypal account. I paid by debit card not hrough Paypal. Made the seller aware of this. I cannot lerave feedback to which i would issue feedback to be not so good. Hello, I have a problem that I could do with help with please?   I have returned an item (CCTV Stickers) back to the seller (once they agreed a return). I returned the item via the Post Office 'Signed for' service   The tracking number indicates that it arrived on the 26th of January 2021 just a couple of days after I posted it.   The sellers emails keep saying that they will refund me, once the item arrive at their warehouse? I then had a email saying it had arrived and they would refund me but allow a day or two for the funds to clear, followed by an email saying please return the item?   I have sent several emails and feel that I have exausted all efforts with the seller as they just keep sending me the same old polite emails but will not refund me.   I cant seem to ativate any help from ebay as I didnt print off the return label provided due to the costs (£3.80) being nearly half the price of the item I needed to return (£8.80) and as such provided my own cheeper return process. What do you do when a buyer refuses delivery of your items. My friend is a seller and has now had the product returned by ebay and had to refund the buyer in full despite their insurance and paypal costs.  There does not seem to be an actual ebay customer service person you can talk to. All ebay communications seem to be an aumomated reply.  If there were more buyers like this on ebay who grind to a halt. The buyer had no intension of receiving the parcel at all.
