Hi, I listed a large treadmill as "collection only". It was won by a new member, zero rating who lives over 200 miles away from me so very unlikely to come and collect. I have messaged them 3 times to ask their intentions without reply.   how do I cancel their involvement with this as it's obvious they didn't read the listing and make it available to the second highest bidder? I purchased a pair of trainers, size 11, they arrived in a box with 11 on it but trainers are size 9. Seller not responding to messages, opened a return and get told I have to pay return postage! I had postage and collection on a listing. Buyer chose to collect which was fine. Just tried to mark as paid and despatched as no collected option was available and dont want them getting loads of reminders to pay. But now its showing buyer has paid the postage, which will make the total they think ive recieved higher. Will I get fees on this extra amount by ebay. Im not sure what to do to remove that as though its listed collection as a payment option, it now looks like they paid some other way, with postage included, which will add to my total monies recieved counter on ebay 😟 ... I'm selling a couple of sets of CDs. Each batch (40-60 each) weighs between 5 and 6 kg so the most sensible option for me is to send them by courier (just less than £8). Unfirtunately when I created the listings (and if I try to amend them) I can only set a maximum postage charge of £3.50.   To try and get around this the listings appear as collection only but with details of the courier option at the top of the description. Obviously this will deter some people who won't even read that far.   Am I doing something wrong? ... View more

Hi I bid on and won some furniture catalogues which I was very pleased with as they were a good price. I emailed the seller shortly after the end of the auction for total including postage However I then received an email back from him a short time later saying "PLEASE DO NOT PAY"  he says he can't find the catalogues and thinks they may have been stolen.  Seems last time he remembers seeing them was January 2018 Makes me wonder how he photographed them but that's not really the issue. Thing is I keep getting reminders to pay for the items from eBay. Can someone please advise me how to deal with this.  I am worried it will seem that I am unwilling to pay.
