After a mountain of emails, photo's and videos I have received a full refund from the seller of the damaged item. They said they will send a courier to pick the package up. I have asked several times for a return address just in case its different than the one ebay gave me, but without success. They said the courier would call on Mon 22nd. After two days of waiting in for the courier (now Weds 24th) i asked once again when will the courier arrive . Yet again I got another sorry email and they said they will send a return label on the 25th and arrange a new courier. I replied that they are just messing about and if the courier doesnt call bt the 30th I will leave the packge outside my front door. I'm sick of being messed about from the 22nd Feb. Today I received another message reading :- hi sorry again ,or pls close case we resend a new item to you? you keep 2 items?. What should I do now? The view of my selling items has changed and it's much more difficult to see what's happening. How do I get the old view back. The other pages of my account are unchanged. There doesn't even seem to be an option which covers this when trying to contact eBay support. ... View more

I sometimes get frustrated at repeated offers and think there may be an opportunity for a wanted list where buyers could list their needs/wants and sellers could contact them (via Ebay) or see it as a prompt to sell. Just a thought ... View more

Hi. A seller is repeatedly listing vinyl records with provably incorrect information. Stating the items are specific rare editions when they are not. This is born out in some of the negative feedback the seller has received. I think, if its possible, they are manipulating bids too, as after having raised the issue with the seller, l now cannot bid on thier items due to unpaid items marks on my Ebay ac, which l don't actually have.   There doesn't seem to be an obvious and simple way of reporting this issue to Ebay.   Any pointers  ... Hello there. Item ends today. And i can`t bid anymore because of this limit. But i`m comfortable with bids i make and gonna pay everything i win. Paypal is connected.
